Tenant Selection
Before prepare lease agreement, collecting and disbursing security deposits, we concern ourselves with quality tenant selection. After completion all procedures, applications are relayed to landlords; awaiting their final approval

Prompt Disbursement
Fully utilized electronic banking system to manage prompt payment to landlords and accounts on behalf of all landlords.

Care and Attention
Periodic Inspection: A six (6) month routine inspection is made in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act to convey the landlords a written and photographic Condition Report about the conditions of their property, and make recommendations where required, in order to maintain the value of the property.

Constant Monitor of Rental Arrear
Occasionally, tenants will fall into arrears: our policy is to forward a Rent Arrears Reminder; and a 14 days late notice – “Notice To Vacate”, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997, may be issued to the tenant, only after consultation with the landlord.

Regular Evaluation of Rental Reviews
We evaluate each property’s rental with market trend and advise the landlord accordingly.

Repairs and Maintenance
We recommend reliable trades people to attend to all types of repairs and maintenance upon the owner’s instruction.

Sophisticated Tools and Facilities
We used “Console Gateway 2007”, an advance alert system on rental income, rental arrears, property repairs and maintenance, and more… to sustain the landlord’s best benefit.

We fully utilized all facilities including internet banking, website, regular advertisement on community paper and other media, shop front and rental lists to facilitate our best service, and get the best in return.

Thorough Communication
Our team keeps in regular contact with landlord by email access, telephone, mobile and SMS, letter and fax; in order to notify our landlords all that is affecting their properties at all time.
